There are only few really dangerous and fast sort of sports which require the so-called “racing form”. These are F1, Grand Slam (tennis) and all types of Olympic Games that need special conditional and psychological predisposition from the players. We talk about professionals, who devoted probably most of their life to be better than anyone. Sport specialists like Roger Federer (tennis player), Lance Armstrong (road racing cyclist), Robert Kubica, Adam Małysz and Tomasz Adamek worked hard for their sport form for years. They are the best.
But what is the racing form actually? A scientist says that there is a state of the optimal preparedness that allows you to obtain the best results. But there is also the process of preparations – hard training’s plan, style of life, diet, motivation and power to gain victory.
In a regular life there are millions of people who do not practice any sports or do it in a recreational way. They do not need that racing form for sport, but for all people it could be useful for other life’s activity.
The racing form does not mean that you are stressfully and fearfully waiting for something that possibly would happen or not, but you are ready for everything what is happening right now. Some people say “I was born ready”, but this is actually a wrong saying. You gain that form – “to be ready” - every day. It is really important not to avoid new tries and harder situations that create real life. Everything you face today might be necessary in the future. Be ready for your shot – get a racing form!
